Why I am Supporting Count Binface
I'm a Green supporter, but this is more important.
This week, in a desperate attempt to distract from his enormous chickens all coming home to roost, Nigel Farage decided to call a by-election in his constituency of Clacton-on-Sea.
He had hoped the people of Britain would all fall for his ruse, and that he would win his seat back whilst destroying his opponents and silencing his critics in the process.
That didn’t happen.
In fact, what did happen has left Nigel Farage looking very, very silly, and could well deliver the most spectacular British Politics story in a lifetime.
Why is Farage resigning?
Farage is currently under investigation by the Parliamentary standards committee following undisclosed donations from billionaires. He has also breached parliamentary code 17 times by failing to declare income, and more recently for failing to declare 3 of his 5 houses.
Following his resignation is has also been revealed his is under investigation by the National Crime Agency for possible money laundering connections, and the Met police are also now investigating Reform UK donations.
What’s more - donations linked to “posh George” have also come to light, which have triggered even more investigations, alongside daily revelations about Farage’s financial improprieties.
Basically- Farage’s past is catching up with him, and it doesn’t look good.
The Rise of Count Binface.
Count Binface is a well known face in British politics. He has previously stood in 6 Westminster elections, including the recent Makerfield Byelection which saw Andy Burnham (our next PM) return to Parliament. He brings joy and fun to a sometimes bleak political atmosphere - and has always been a protest vote on a relatively small scale. However - now he looks like he might well by Clacton’s next MP.
Following Farage’s resignation - after a momentary pause in which everyone was stunned - Binface came out with a rallying call which immediately clarified what needed to happen next.
Following a few hours of anticipation, one-by-one, the Major British parties all announced they would not be indulging Nigel Farage and taking part in his vanity byelection, leaving Count Binface to take out the trash. This went from Farage holding all the cards, to him becoming a national joke, very quickly.
Why Back Binface?
In the past, several byelections have been called by an MP resigning only to stand again, and some have been boycotted by major political parties (such as David Davis in 2008). However, the beauty of this byelection is that the non-fascist supporters have the perfect unity candidate in Count Binface.
Traditionally, it takes a lot for opposing British parties to work together - however in Binface, there is a man everyone can get behind.
What’s more, the harder Farage tries to fight back, the more ridiculous he looks. If he has to fight hard to win, he looks foolish. If he looses, his career is over.
Why is it important to Stop Farage?
Yankification
Alongside the obvious (his blatant corruption and fascists politics) - Farage is trying to import a Trump style approach to his leadership and scandals - one which just doesn’t wash with the British people.
Trump continually says that his crimes don’t matter, as he has a mandate from the people - and this is what Farage was attempting to hide behind.
This would be a slippery slope into a dark and dangerous populist/fascist approach to politics that Britain just will not tolerate.
So how to you fight back against this absurdity? You play him at his own game. We take your ridiculous byelection - and we raise you one Count Binface.
Trying to pretend you are fighting the establishment when your opponent is a man in with a bin on his head just doesn’t wash. In fact it makes people see through the act, and realise that it is perhaps the investment banker with 5 homes who is actually the establishment.
I do feel sorry for the people of Clacton, however, it was there MP which they elected who has done this to them, on one else. Now they have a chance to make history. Now, let us have our ‘Boaty Mc Boatface’ moment on a national scale, and see off Farage once and for all!

So he can stand again for the same seat. Another of his slippery habits. I think all of us should get behind binface. If I could vote he'd win mine. Keep up the pressure on that thieving wee bastard Nigel . Good luck 🍀🏴
